Research Interests
Chengxiang (CX) Qiu is a computational biologist specializing in single-cell transcriptomics and developmental biology. As a postdoctoral researcher in Jay Shendure’s lab at the University of Washington, CX focuses on analyzing single-cell RNA-seq and single-cell ATAC-seq data to explore gene expression dynamics and regulatory mechanisms across mouse development.
